Terms and Conditions for Cyndy Cleaning Services
1. Services Provided
Cyndy Cleaning Services agrees to provide residential and commercial cleaning services as described in the service agreement or quote provided to the client. Services may include, but are not limited to, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and general cleaning tasks as requested by the client.
2. Scheduling and Cancellation
- Services are scheduled in advance at a time agreeable to both Cyndy Cleaning Services and the client.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
- Rescheduling of services must also be done at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any penalties.
3. Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Cyndy Cleaning Services accepts payments by cash, check, or credit card.
- Late payments may be subject to late fees and/or interest charges.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
If the client is not satisfied with the cleaning job, the client must notify Cyndy Cleaning Services within 24 hours after completion of the service. We will re-perform the service at no additional charge.
5. Liability
- Cyndy Cleaning Services is not responsible for damage due to faulty and/or improper installation of any item. All surfaces (i.e., marble, granite, hardwood, etc.) are assumed sealed and ready to clean without causing harm.
- Items of extreme value (monetary or sentimental) should be declared before the commencement of cleaning services to ensure they are handled with extra care; however, we recommend that such items be secured or removed.
6. Privacy Policy
Client privacy is paramount. We guarantee that all client information will be kept confidential and not shared with third parties without the client’s consent.
7. Security and Safety
All employees undergo thorough background checks and regular training to ensure the highest level of security and safety during the cleaning service.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Cyndy Cleaning Services reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will not be retroactive, and the most current version of the terms and conditions, which will always be posted on the Cyndy Cleaning Services website, will govern our relationship with you.
9. Agreement to Terms
By scheduling a service with Cyndy Cleaning Services, you agree to these terms and conditions and to be bound by them.
These terms and conditions form the entire agreement between Cyndy Cleaning Services and the client, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
